  • 1 Montessori Method- Montessori education is an approach to learning developed by Dr Maria Montessori in the early 20 th century. This approach is based on the idea that children learn best through hands-on, self-directed activities that are tailored to their individual needs and interests. On of the key principles of Montesorri education is that children should be given the freedom to explore and learn at their own pace. This is achieved through the use of specially designed Montessori materials, such as puzzles, manipulatives, and other hands-on activities that allow children to develop their cognitive, social, and emotional skills. One of the main benefits of Montessori education is that it allows children to develop their own natural curiosity and love of learning. It also embodies many of the principles of progressive learning, such as child- centeredness, autonomy, and holistic development.
  • 2 Project Method – Project Method focuses on student-centred, hands-on learning experiences. The goal of this method is to engage students in active problem-solving and critical thinking, while also fostering collaboration and communication skills. Here students get an opportunity to work in groups or teams. This methodology allows the children to explore and experience their environment through the five senses. Children are directed to learn by their individual interests rather than by rote and memorization. It focuses on solving purposeful problems.
